Deposit Contract

In sending this deposit to Sutton Meows Cattery, I agree to the following:

1) Buyer understands that this deposit is non-refundable with the exception of the following: If after one year, a kitten has not become available, buyer has the option of a full refund of deposit or to continue to wait for another kitten. ( Refund does not apply if buyer has turned down any kittens during this year) Buyer understands that the kitten available is offered at the discretion of the seller and the seller reserves the right to reserve a cash refund.

2) Buyer understands that by sending in a deposit, buyer has read and agreed to the sales contract and agreement between seller and buyer, and will agree to all stipulations in sales contract.

3) Buyer understands that the full price of the kitten must be paid in full before taking the kitten home, no exceptions. Payments will be made by check (prior to pick up) cash, money order or paypal.
